This concept sits at the core of my coaching philosophy. Keeping your physical and mental wellbeing as the priority, my role is to create a sustainable, practical training plan and to support you in achieving your wildest running goals. Training theory only works when it’s tailored to the individual runner. Long-term progress depends on consistency, and consistency requires adaptability.

Our Running Retreats and Training Camps are immersive week or weekend-long experiences designed to provide focused, structured training ahead of key races like UTCT, and UTD. Each retreat includes structured running sessions, recovery Yoga classes, run-specific strength training, and talks on training theory. You’ll train and recover well, explore new trails safely, connect with like-minded runners, and unwind together in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

With an Honour’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Molecular Biology, I bring a scientific, data-informed approach to coaching. I believe that running is a celebration of what our minds and bodies can do, an enabler of adventure and learning about yourself. Besides nerding out on training theory, I value understanding my clients as individuals and building connections within the trail community. I attained my coaching certification through the Sports Science Institute of South Africa.

Whether you’re chasing performance goals, balancing running with the rest of life, or just getting started, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find joy, resilience, and adventure through movement. I am taking on both South African and International clients. If you’re interested in coaching or have any questions contact me via email or whatsapp.
